1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Courierify services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Courierify is a courier management platform that provides:

• Integration with 18+ Pakistani courier services
• Automated order fulfillment and tracking
• COD settlement management
• Finance Act 2025 compliance tools
• API access for developers
• Analytics and reporting features

3. Account Registration

To use Courierify, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Courierify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Ship prohibited or illegal items through courier services
• Abuse our API or exceed rate limits

5. Billing and Payment

Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: $0/month - 500 orders, basic features
• Starter Plan: $9.99/month - 1,500 orders, WhatsApp automation
• Pro Plan: $19.99/month - Unlimited orders, advanced features

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds for partial months of service

6. Courier Services

Courierify facilitates connections with third-party courier services. We:

• Are not responsible for courier delivery performance
• Do not guarantee delivery times or success rates
• Act as an intermediary between you and courier companies
• Will assist with dispute resolution when possible
• Comply with Finance Act 2025 requirements for COD transactions

7. API Usage

If you use our API, additional terms apply:

• API access is subject to rate limiting
• You must use your own API credentials
• Commercial use requires appropriate subscription
• We may monitor API usage for security and performance
• API availability is not guaranteed without interruption

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to our services
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems
• Availability during maintenance periods

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Growzar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Courierify or Growzar be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or outages
• Actions or inactions of third-party courier services
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Courierify, Growzar, and their employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• At any time for violations of these Terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
